Venting- Self confidence
I can go a while without my lack of self confidence really affecting me but then it’ll hit me and I’ll feel awful about myself for what can be a good few days. I find it extremely difficult to find any desirable qualities about myself, I do realise that this is an incredibly irrational way of thinking but that doesn’t make it any easier. I don’t hate myself, I know...
